I am Basir and I will be your certified fitness instructor at the Muslim Community Center gym. A bit about my background. I have past experience working as a standard fitness instructor at private and public gyms as well as training professional bodybuilders (including Nasser El Sombaty). I designed workout plans specifically for each individual health and fitness goal. This ranges from first-time gym-goers to professional athletes. I strongly believe in leading a healthy lifestyle in both mind and body. We need to lead a healthy lifestyle, beyond short-term New Year resolutions and wedding preparations. In order to achieve that, I believe in gaining maximum results with minimum effort. For example, on diets and meal plans, I am not a big fan of changing client meal plans. Everyone’s lifestyle, body, and eating habits are different. Instead, I help my clients come up with the best plan to achieve sustainable lifelong goals. My approach is to always teach and educate my clients with basics in day to day eating habits as well as simple workout habits like proper forms, resistance training and understanding how their body work.
My specialty includes muscle growth, building lean muscles, burning fat, and aerobic conditioning.
